Belinda Silbert is a TV and radio psychic medium who has become a household name because of her television programme (”Making Contact,”) and her two-year regular Monday evening slot on KFM 94.5. Belinda finds her work very rewarding as she loves empowering people. She has been able to see the “unseen” ever since she can remember. She only realised that she was different when she was four years old. It was then that she realised that other people did not see colours around bodies (auras) and did not play with little dead friends.

Belinda is a psychic medium, medical intuitive, spiritual counsellor, healer and teacher…..but most of all, considers herself to be a mystic who wants to get ever closer to G-d. She is also an international opera singer and feels closest to G-d and the angels when she sings. For her, music and spiritual awareness are two abilities that have to co-exist.

Belinda loves bringing hope and proof of survival after death . Working with the media enables her to reach large numbers of people and to disperse the message widely, thus bringing closure and comfort to many. In addition to her TV programme, she has appeared on “Three Talk” (SABC 3); “Free Spirit;” “The Fat Joe Show;” ETV “Morning Live;” and “The World News.” She had her own live show at the Baxter Theatre too.

She is an acknowledged expert on spirituality and her radio interviews have included Cape Talk; 702; ; Lotus FM; SAFM; Metro; Radio Algoa; and KFM . Belinda has been described thus in the media:

Odyssey magazine: ” a Rare Medium;” (March 2004;) Sunday Times Magazine September 2003 ” a sangoma without props; a likeable; sensitive and funny medium,” You Magazine 7 August 2003- ” Captain Karel Cornelius of the South Africa Police made this comment re her investigations into the Gert van Rooyen Paedophile case: “her visions of the Satanic sacrifice of the girls make sense. ”

Grant Henry in a article in Femina Magazine: described Belinda as “amazingly accurate” after she described his late grandfather who died in WWII, right down to the fact that he had lied about his age in order to be conscripted ; the location of his war wounds and and where photographs of him could be found.

Sergio Ben of the Cape Times wrote after seeing her stage show “Cross over and Connect” at the Baxter theatre (in addition to a personal interview with her, )” Silbert’s show has cross-over appeal; though I hold no real faith in any form of divination and metaphysical antics, Silbert’s reading of me was accurate. I gave her nothing to “work with,” and she went into detail about my small and very private family. Spooky!”

Jeanne Viall of the Cape Argus: “Then she comes up with names of significant people in my life, with messages for them. I’m gobsmacked- these aren’t common names and she’s spot on. It’s uncanny.”

Belinda has three children who keep her well- grounded. Dealing with “other-worldly” business on a daily basis definitely needs one to keep one’s feet on the ground and this is what being a single mother does for her.

She enjoys her teaching immensely because this is where she can help people to be more empowered and to control their own reality rather than needing to run to psychics the whole time.

She runs numerous courses very successfully country-wide. These include Psychic Development; Mantic Arts; Angelology; Kabbalah; Metablic Reversal ; Dream Science; Spiritual Economics and Energy Transfusion Healing.

Belinda’s book “A Survival Kit for the Hereafter” is now available at most bookshops. It is published by Juta’s -Double-Storey.

She has also released a meditation CD that is ideal for both experienced and beginner meditators.
